Aloe capensis is a plant known to contain aloin and aloinosides.Research has shown that the ingredients in Aloe Capensis are 200% richer than Aloe Vera.
Is widely used as a laxative in Africa and Europe and is also considered to have anti-oxidant, bitter tonic, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Suggested use: Pour 100mg of crystals in a cup of water, dissolve and drink.Not to be used continuously.
