They are rich in vitamins A, E, K, C and B.

Strawberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins B, C, A (carotene) and K, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, iodine, manganese, folic acid and tannins. They also contain pectin, which as a soluble fiber lowers cholesterol. It has zero fat content and is very rich in fiber.
