of Europe and North Africa, and to the Middle East.Perennial plant up to 30 cm tall, with ovate, pointed, toothed leaves and pink flowers in spikelets.
Flowering and harvesting take place from July to September.
Germander has various medical properties.

It is used as a tonic, diuretic, biliary, astringent, anti-rheumatic, antipyretic and healing.
