Traditional Greek Salad

We cut the red onion into thin vertical slices.

We wash and clean the cucumber, leaving a little peel and cut it into thin vertical diagonal slices.
We cut the tomato too and throw it in the bowl with the cucumber and onion.

We slice the green pepper into vertical thin strips and throw it in the bowl with the rest.
Then we add extra virgin olive oil, salt, grated oregano and mix them with a spoon.

We serve on a plate and pour over the olives, feta cheese, and a little more oregano. Finally, we sprinkle again with extra virgin olive oil.
