Without preservatives. Greek product.
Keep in a shady and cool place before and after opening.

The white truffle is a mushroom that grows under the ground (5-30 cm), cohabiting with the root system of some trees (holm oak, holly, oak, Roupaki, ostrya, pine, hornbeam etc.).
The aroma is exquisite, like taste that gives the food, which is used. Its consumption as a delicacy, but also for medicinal purposes, but primarily for its aphrodisiac properties, known since ancient times.
Its size varies from that of chickpea, to that of orange or higher even tough such as potatoes. There are many varieties that ripen at different seasons.
