Thin slices of black truffle (Tuber aestivum) in extra virgin Greek olive oil, salt, olive oil with truffle aroma. It contains no preservatives. Remains unchanged in a dry place at room temperature. The product is produced in a certified and qualified bottling in Greece on behalf of Dirfys company.
After opening keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 months.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE

The gastronomic feature of truffle is the smell, which is derived from a compound called "bis-methyltiomethane», an aromatic hydrocarbon.
But the truffle addition especially perfumes has a high nutritional value like all mushrooms.
Truffles contain 72% water, very little vegetable fat (0.6%) (unsaturated fats such as linoleic acid) and a good amount of protein (8.6% on fresh weight). The protein is rich in methionine, cysteine, lysine and very palatable.
It is rich in minerals (phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, sulfur, chlorine, and silicon), and other organic substances (amino acids such as arginine, which is a diuretic, and organic acids such as nitric, citric and maleic acid, albumin and mannitol). Finally, also contain dietary fiber (7.6%), significant for the intestine.
