Yellow Bourbon coffee of the Arabica variety is cultivated at an altitude of over 1000 meters and has a rich body and a special taste. That's why we chose it, to create the coffee LOUMIDIS PAPAGALOS single variety 100% Arabica! The microclimate of the cultivated area, gives special taste characteristics to each coffee bean, which are highlighted by the natural treatment "honey process" during which the peel is removed from the coffee bean and the bean dries under the hot tropical sun acquiring a characteristic taste profile. LOUMIDIS PAPAGALOS coffee, single variety 100% Arabica, combines the care of nature but also the unique taste identity of the farm that is cultivated to create new taste buds in Greek coffee!

How to make the perfect Greek coffee:
1. Add to a clean and dry kettle with a narrow neck 70ml of water, at room temperature.
2. Turn on the gas on low heat and place the kettle
3. Add 7g. Coffee and about 4g. sugar for a mediocre Greek. Mix well with a teaspoon, to completely homogenize the ingredients.
4. Wait for it to start to swell.
5. Serve slowly in the classic cup of Greek coffee Loumidis Papagalos.
